Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Petpreneur Platform (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd (ABN 39 655 017 235), based in Queensland, Australia.

By accessing or using our website, dashboard, software, community, or any associated services (collectively “the Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.


2. Eligibility and Account Setup

To use The Petpreneur Platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian;

Provide accurate information when creating your account; and

Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].


3. Services Provided

The Petpreneur Platform provides software tools, templates, AI assistants, website and funnel builders, automation systems, educational materials, and community access for pet professionals and related businesses.

We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features from time to time. Reasonable notice will be given if changes substantially affect your access or usage.


4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials provided within The Petpreneur Platform—including but not limited to templates, funnels, website designs, training modules, dashboards, automations, workflows, AI assistants, and graphics (“Proprietary Assets”)—are licensed to you for use within your active subscription.

You acknowledge that:

Proprietary Assets gifted with your account remain the property of Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd.

These assets cannot be exported, replicated, resold, or transferred to any external platform, service, or individual.

If you cancel your subscription or transfer to another provider, you will lose access to these assets.

However:

Any content, automation, funnel, website, or design you personally create or pay us to custom-build for you is your property and may be exported upon request, provided all outstanding fees are paid in full.


5. Licensing and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform for your personal or business purposes.

You agree not to:

Reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Platform;

Share, rent, or sublicense your account;

Use the system for unlawful or unethical purposes; or

Reverse engineer or copy our software structure, features, or templates.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.


6. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected at signup.

You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method automatically each billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If payment fails:

Your account will be automatically locked until payment is successfully processed.

Access to the dashboard, automations, and hosted sites may be temporarily suspended.

We reserve the right to delete inactive or unpaid accounts after 30 days of non-payment.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer no refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions once payment has been processed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Upon cancellation:

Your account will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

All proprietary templates and gifted assets will be deactivated.

You may request export of your custom-built materials before the account is closed.


8. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim for 99% uptime; however, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily restrict access.

We are not liable for downtime, loss of revenue, or data disruptions beyond our reasonable control.


9. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website).

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data, including analytics and AI training data, as described in that policy.


10. AI Assistants and Automated Systems

Our AI chat and voice assistants are designed to enhance customer experience.
You acknowledge that:

AI interactions may be recorded or reviewed for training and quality purposes;

The AI is not a substitute for human decision-making; and

We are not responsible for errors or omissions made by automated systems.


11. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may connect with third-party applications such as Stripe, Google, Facebook, or others.
Use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for the actions, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

Loss of income, profit, or business opportunities; or

Data loss due to misuse, user error, or third-party actions.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.


13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Entrepreneurs Movement Pty Ltd, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the Platform,

Violation of these Terms, or

Infringement of any third-party rights.


14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

You breach these Terms,

Use the Platform in an unlawful or unethical manner,

Attempt to copy, resell, or distribute our proprietary assets, or

Fail to make payments as required.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms cease immediately.


15. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Queensland.

Can I switch paths later?

Absolutely — we know your business might evolve and we’ve built flexibility into the system, all features are available and you can keep building your business.

What if I already use other tools?

You can keep them or migrate to our system when you’re ready — we can even help.

Do you offer help setting this up?

Yes! We offer your one on one 'welcome call' where one of our tech team will get on a Zoom call with you and set up the essentials you need in your account. We also offer guided onboarding tutorials, walkthroughs, and even done-for-you upgrades.

Will this replace me talking to my clients?

No — it helps you catch more clients without losing the personal touch. The AI receptionist and live chat handle simple questions and bookings, but you’re always in control. Think of it as an extra helper who never takes a day off.
